Time is Now for Gender Equality

On May 24, Facing History and Ourselves hosted a Community Conversation in San Francisco with Sheryl WuDunn, co-author of Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide. Over 450 students, educators, and community members attended the event at the Palace of Fine Art where WuDunn was interviewed by CEO of the Global Fund for Women, Kavita Ramdas.
